AS440 AUTOMATIC VOLTAGE REGULATOR (AVR)
AS440 is a half wave phase controlled thyristor type AVR and forms part of the excitation system for a brushless generator. The design employs Surface Mount Technology (SMT) for high integration of features in a small footprint AVR.

The AVR provides closed loop control by sensing the alternator output voltage at the main stator windings and adjusting the exciter stator field strength. Voltage induced in the exciter rotor, rectified by the rotating diodes, magnetises the rotating main field which induces voltage in the main stator windings. A self-excited AVR receives power from the alternator output terminals

BAC06A switching battery charger adopts the latest switch power components, which is designed for charging lead-acid starting battery according to its property. The charger is suitable for lead-acid battery float charge. The maximum charge current for 12V charger is 6A; the maximum charge current for 24V charger is 3A.
